NorCal Community College Cross Country Championships

November 8, 2019

Toro Park, Salinas, California

American River College repeated as regional champion to make it 14 titles since 1984 when small and large colleges were combined (and 8 of the last 10 titles). We also have a commanding overall lead with our 19 titles in program history – Hartnell College is 2nd with just 8 team titles. This was the Beavers 22nd time placing inside the top 3 since 1984, and 33rd overall. The last time the ARC men were not in the top 3 in NorCal was 2002.

The Beavers first place score of 41 points, was 30 points better than College of the Sequoias 71 points. DeAnza College placed 3rd with 97 points. Taking All-NorCal honors for the Beavers were Collin DeJulio who finished 3rd (20:18), Jesus Guerra-Reyes finished 5th (20:28), Josh Kling took 8th (20:44) and Ben Blankenburg placed 9th (20:44). Rounding out the top 7 for ARC were Peter Vo (16th – 21:16), Ruben Garcia (22nd – 21:27), and Andrew Ribeiro (29th – 21:37).
