American River College Track & Field Is Fourth at Northern California Championships

ARC’s Haven Lambrite Named Northern California Athlete of the Meet

ARC's Haven Lambrite was named the California Community College Track Athlete of the Meet, after scoring a whopping 30 points. Hosted at Modesto Community College, on May 4th, Lambrite swept three tiles in the 10K (39:50), 3k Steeple (11:45), and 5k (18:25). She lead her squad to a nail biting team battle which landed the lady beavers a close 4th, just 2 points shy of third.
Freshman, Ruby'ann Gregory, added 14 points with her 2nd in the 400m (56.75), and 3rd in the 200 (25.17).
Freshman Bailey Learned was 3rd in the javelin (34.29).
Sophomore, Erika Nordman, (our current school record holder in the hammer) was 3rd for hammer (48.76m), with Annabel Su in 8th (39.76).
Two freshman in the triple jump added 5th and 6th, with Jaelyn Lockhart (10.49m), and Manda Nguyen-Sanh (10.48m).
Ali DeWolfe finished 7th in the 3k Steeple (13:36).
In addition to their team's significant performance, they also had 7 individual All Nor. Cal. Titles (top 4 in each contested event).
