Hannah Zari Commits to Full Ride at UCLA
ARC Sophomore Hannah Zari out of Bella Vista High School committed to UCLA early last week to play water polo for the Bruins. Hannah will move to campus this coming summer to train for her position as center with the UCLA Bruins.

Sophomore Hannah Zari earns NorCal Player of the Year
Hannah Zari was named player of the year for the 2016 California Community College Women’s Water Polo Season.

4 ARC Women’s Water Polo Athlete’s Receive All NorCal & All-American Honors
Following the NorCal championships, the NorCal coaches met to vote on All NorCal & All American Honors. American River College earned 4 of the 14 total honors.

Women’s Water Polo 2016 Season Wrap Up
The women’s water polo season finished the season 3rd in the Big 8 Conference and 3rd in NorCal Championships.

Women's Water Polo sophomore honors
Last week ARC women's water polo hosted their last home game of the season and took the opportunity to honor their 5 sophomores.

Women's Water Polo vs Diablo Valley
ARC took on conference opponent Diablo Valley College yesterday in a home match. The beavers were in control for the entire game.

ARC vs Fresno City
ARC played Fresno City in their home pool. Opening with 5-0 in the 1st quarter.

Women's Water Polo vs San Joaquin Delta
ARC opened their conference play with a loss to Delta College. ARC was down by 1 at the end of the first quarter and by 4 at half.

ARC Women’s Tournament- River Rage
ARC opened the 2016 polo tournament season with 4 of the best teams from Southern California.

2016 Women's Water Polo
The women’s water polo team returns 5 sophomores and brings 10 freshman to the 2016 squad. Last years team finished 3rd in the Big 8 and the North and looks to improve and work towards a Conference and NorCal Championship.
