Men’s Swim and Dive Dominates Double-Header Weekend with Strong Wins and Diving Sweep
The men's swim and dive team wrapped up a strong two-day training weekend with competition at two venues across Northern California.
Day one action opened Friday at Las Positas College in a tri-meet featuring Las Positas and Mt. San Antonio College. The men earned a solid victory over LPC and battled Mt. SAC in a competitive matchup. Notable individual performances highlighted the meet, including strong swims from Logan Martin in the 100 backstroke, Justin Hsieh in the 200 freestyle, and David Tyspan in the 100 backstroke.
On day two, the team traveled to Santa Rosa for the NorCal Relays, where the diving duo of Steven Ortega and Judah Ortego (pictured) delivered a standout performance. The pair swept the competition, winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events, showcasing depth and consistency on the boards.
Overall, it was a productive and encouraging weekend of competition as the team continues to build momentum through quality training and race experience.
