Jeff Lam of American River broke the 12 year old school record in the Decathlon by 50 points, scoring 6453 at the Chico Multi in Chico on Thursday and Friday. Jeff had personal bests in the 8 of the 10 events. Some of his top marks included a 6'6" high jump, 10.91 in the 100m, and a pole vault of 14'7.25".
