On October 10th, the penultimate game of the first round of conference took place in the Beaver Den. At the top of the match, the Beavers put the San Joaquin Delta College Mustangs out of system with their high-level service pressure and took the set. In the following sets, so much passion and hard work was on display from both teams. The Mustangs got their offense running more efficiently in the last sets and finished with the win. Throughout the entire match, the Beavers maintained a sense of fun urgency and competition. Continuing to practice embodying the philosophy "play to play," the collective finished this match feeling fired up and proud of their work/play.
