Dotterer, Perry named 2014 All-Americans!

Sophomores Avery Dotterer and Emily Perry were selected as 2014 All-Americans for their success throughout the season as they helped lead the Beavers to a 3rd place finish in Northern California. For Avery and Emily this is their second All-American selection. "Having a goalkeeper like Avery allows us to do so many things on defense. We can play a lot of zone and take some risks because we know she's going to have our back. The team had complete confidence in her all season and she never let us down," said Head Coach Tyson Frenn. "Emily did it all for us in the field getting it done on both sides of the ball. Not only did she have to guard the best players in the pool, but she was on every scouting report and still found a way to score over 100 goals for us."

Coach Frenn had nothing but praise for his departing sophomores, "Zoe, Emily and Avery are all great leaders for us in the pool and straight A students in the classroom. They're great examples of what our aquatics program is all about here at ARC and we're so incredibly proud of them. Speaking for the team and the coaching staff, we're all going to miss them and we can't wait to see what the future holds."
