The American River College Women's Water Polo program opened Big 8 Conference play at home on Wednesday against San Joaquin Delta College.
The Beavers fell to Delta by a final score of 17-3. The Beavers were lead by Lydia Vlahos, Heidi Sherman, and Amber Inderkum who all scored a goal in the match.
With the loss the Beavers fall to 0-4 on the season and will prepare to travel to play Fresno City College on Wednesday, September 25th, at 3:30 PM.
